Payments!

How do I pay on PUT?
You can choose from the different payment methods available on PUT. You can find the payment methods during the final step of checkout in detail.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment from cash after delivery or credit cards - Egyption National Bank, , VISA, Mastercard, as well as payments made by PayPal, Apple Pay and QNB.
What currencies can I use?
Listed currencies you can use are: Great British Pound, Egyption pound, United States Dollar, Qatari Riyal, and Jordanian Dinar

Delivery!

What delivery systems do you offer?
UK Delivery Standard Delivery (3-5 working days)- £2.95 or free when you spend £20 or over.

Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3pm Monday-Friday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, this will be dispatched on the Monday and arrive on the following Tuesday) - £4.95. Please note: Our next working day service is available for UK mainland only. The service is not available for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Highlands and Islands. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Egypt Delivery Standard Delivery (6 working days)-free when you spend 150 EGP or over. Next Working Day Delivery (if ordered before 3pm Sunday-Thursday, please note that if you order next day delivery on a Friday or Saturday, this will delivered on Sunday as last as 3pm
International Delivery Standard Delivery (4 working days)-free when you spend 45USD or over from your nearest post office.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. Along with your order confirmation, after your order has shipped to your country.

Where's my order?
Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. You should also receive a tracking link in this email so check this out for any delivery updates. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at guide2shop@put.eg
How can I cancel my current order?
Once you have placed an order with us our team work hard to make sure we are promptly starting to pack and process your order, therefore once you are charged we are unable to interfere with this process.
Where is my order confirmation?
Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!
What can I do if my order went missing to a wrong address?
Please contact us at guide2shop@put.eg where one of our customer service representatives will assist you further.
How can I track my order?
We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS.

Returns and refunds!

How do I return an item?

Egypt Online returns

Inside all our orders you will find a returns address label attached in your invoice. Simply stick the attached returns label to the outside of your order package, along with your returns note filled out and slotted inside before sealing. Once this process has been completed, you can return your parcel to us using the Freepost service at your local Post Office.Once your return has been received, we’ll send an email to notify you know that we’ve got your return, confirming the approval or rejection of your refund - please note Egypt returns can take up to 14 days to reach us. If your refund has been approved, this will then be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 working days.

If more convenient, don’t forget you can also return/exchange your item(s) to one of our PUT stores free of charge, just make sure you bring along your return slip and fill out the relevant boxes and return to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

If you’re returning item(s) to us from somewhere that isn’t in the Egypt, please contact us with your name
and order number at mail guide2shop@put.egwhere we will be able to advise you further on our international returns process.

Can I return items bought with a gift voucher?
Yes you can return items bought with a gift voucher, however you will be refunded onto a PUT gift card.
I've brought a device online, can I return it in-store?
Yes, please fill in your returns note where necessary and bring it along with you to one of our stores within 30 days of receipt.
